Product and technique questions
Email hello@tisoso.com. It helps enormously if you say which set you have, which surface you are working on and what the marker is actually doing — "nothing comes out after shaking" and "the first stroke floods" have completely different fixes.
Orders, delivery and returns
Tisoso sells through Amazon, and Amazon handles ordering, shipping, returns and refunds. Anything to do with a specific order is resolved fastest through your Amazon account, where the order details already are.
